Helen J. Kim, MD is the Physician Director for People and Culture at Kaiser Permanente Riverside and Moreno Valley Medical Center.   In this role, Dr. Kim works closely with teams from Equity, Inclusion and Diversity; Physician Wellness; Physician Peer-to-Peer Support; Threat Management; and Women in Medicine to advocate for the physical and mental wellbeing of her fellow physician colleagues.

Dr. Kim received her bachelor’s degree and Master of Public Health from University of California Los Angeles.  She received her medical degree from Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University and subsequently completed her Anesthesiology residency and Interventional Pain fellowship at University of California Irvine before joining Kaiser Permanente.

In her free time, Dr. Kim enjoys spending quality time and taking memorable vacations with her husband, and 3 children.
