Yvette is an entrepreneur and speaker with a big passion for helping women.

Known as the Fiery Latina, she was born in Queens, NY and raised in Bolivia, traveling the world speaking while living in 14 different states/countries along with her husband Dave, who used to be a Los Angeles Police Officer. Yvette was the Economic Development Director with the City of Burbank and helped build Downtown Burbank, launched the Live Work Play campaign and brought Yahoo and other big names to the city. Yvette built the WorkForce Connection center to connect employees to businesses and offer career development resources.

Working so hard with a government career that she loved, after years of service Yvette decided to pursue her life passion and become an entrepreneur. She helped launch the largest private travel company in the world. She provided the training and leadership for 15 years and helped grow it to $3 Billion in revenue and 2 million members worldwide.

Yvette is no stranger to thriving against all odds and is undeniable proof that dreams are possible, despite the obstacles that may show up in our life. In the middle of her career, Yvette was diagnosed with an incurable illness. It was during this dark thorny road that Yvette learned about courage, faith and growth. Surviving this difficult time, Yvette claimed her miracle and now stands as a testimony of what’s possible.

One of Yvette’s mentors, Tony Robbins, interviewed her on television viewed by 30 million people to hear her inspiring story. John Assaraf (from the movie The Secret), awarded her the Business Mastery Award and wrote about her story in his book, The Answer.

Yvette was the keynote speaker at the Direct Selling Women's Alliance International Convention representing the top female business owners and leaders in the world where she shared the stage with Stephen Covey and Zig Ziglar.

Yvette and her husband created a movement and community called Warriors and Queens, helping people learn extraordinary communication, relationship and leadership skills. Yvette has made it her life mission to empower women to believe, have more faith, courage and step into their dreams and purpose.
